Gamlins Music Centre were encountering a few problems when trying to transfer to a new business energy supplier and did not appear to be obtaining the desired level of response from their current energy supplier – the Energy Advice Line’s contract management team took on the case the negotiated the speedy and efficient transfer to a new business electricity and gas supplier which meant that Gamlins Music Centre saved 45% on their electricity bill.
