The EAL Confidence Code is a made up of a set of defined criteria which will help you make a well-informed and confident decision about your future commercial electricity or gas supplier.

We have defined 5 critical performance measures and rated each business electricity and gas supplier’s contract clauses and obligations accordingly. This transparent and consistent bite-sized view is presented as a ‘star rating’ on the price comparison results screen alongside each of the plans - This allows you to consider the options quickly and confidently.

Although we advise all of our customers to read the full version of the terms and conditions provided by the business electricity and/or gas supplier, the EAL Confidence Code ‘Star Rating’ provides you with an easy to digest format of what we consider the critical performance areas of the contract offer.
